Payment
20% of hire fee to secure booking
40% of hire fee 12 weeks before hire date
40% of hire fee 8 weeks before hire date
A security deposit of £800 is payable when the final balance of the hire becomes due. Any facility charges, or any loss or damage to the gallery whether it is directly or indirectly attributable to the hirer, will be deducted from the security deposit.

- Ample storage facility a day before exhibition
